Mr. P. K. Shah, MS, CPA, has been our accountant since 1986 when he first began preparing our business and personal income tax returns.

Our first association with Mr. Shah was 4 years after we had started our water conditioning business, THE WATER MAN & COMPANY. For the next 6 years, Mr. Shah continued to guide, direct, and advise us in our personal and business financial planing and in the restructuring of our debt. Today we are debt-free.

It has been an honor to be Mr. Shah's clients. At all times he has been honest, professional, extremely ethical and friendly. He has continually represented the IRS and other legal entities with the utmost respect. Mr. Shah has never broken our confidentiality.

When we began our business ten years ago we were undercapitalized. We had just purchased our first home, and were determined to be successful in our business venture. After many years of struggling, we finally took Mr. Shah's advice to sell our business to an existing company that had the resources to work it.

Mr. Shah advised us in the negotiations and we had an Agreement on the Sale of the Business and a deposit check within 20 days of putting it on the market. With the down payment check, we paid off all existing business debts. We will be receiving a monthly payment for the next five years on a Promissory Note secured by a Deed of Trust.

Mr. Shah also gave us options regarding the sale of our home and relocation to another state. Once the house was listed with the Realtor, it sold in a month. Again, Mr. Shah contacted us and gave us some options regarding the equity we earned in the sale of our home.
